I thought I'd end the year with some pics of the Christmas tree. Happy New Year, everyone! I know I'll be at home tonight curled up with a Whiskey Sour and the Twilight Zone marathon on TV. Hope you all have plans for a great night.

Aww, thanks for the compliment, ~~Silk. I've got a ton of old ornaments (the teapot was always the first ornament on the tree when I was a kid), so it's nice to put them up. Oh, and spiff guessed right - the tenth day of Christmas thing was a solar-powered snowflake. It's really pretty when it's lit, but trying to enjoy anything "solar powered" around here, well ... it shines for about fifteen minutes a night. But it's pretty when it does!
and fmcetc., I am old school. A Christmas tree is not a Christmas tree without tinsel.
