I hold the opinion that the only thing more stupid than men's ties are women's super-high heels.
But yeah, I do like the tie with necklace, especially THAT necklace. The whole concept is outrageous! It makes me giggle. Love it.
You know what? If someone had described it to me I would have said no but seeing it I think it is a nice look!
It does make one look at your boobs. Go for it.
