Too much of a good thing

Bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin sounded good in theory, but in practice?



Too much pig.

I like bacon much more than the next person and somehow the whole "bacon wrapped" or "bacon on top of" thing just doesn't do it for me. I like my bacon straight up -- not under barbeque sauce on a hamburger or swaddling some mushrooms and skewered with a toothpick. About the only additive that improves bacon is a cold slice of tomato and a little lettuce on bread.
