It's a hardship, I tell ya ...

... having all these kittens in the spare bedroom ...

... watching them make little dogpiles, er, CATpiles in the sun ...

... supervising as they practice their hugging skills at naptime ...

... heck, it's a tough job, but SOMEBODY's gotta do it.

*snicker*

"Free Range Kids" is a website devoted to letting kids explore and do things without adults (or DCS) hovering over them, wrapping kids in styrofoam in the remote possibility something bad might happen, which they call "worst-first thinking".

I thought you might recognize the topic of this post:

Silk, don't forget that Rocky gave someone's cat tongue cancer from the ribbons she sewed on homemade mice!

Rocky, maybe you should think about making a calendar with pictures from these six and your three guys. I think it's pretty easy these days. Ginny

~~Silk, yeah, I'm familiar with the territory of that post. Some rescues are more, um, protective than others.

Tails, ain't it tough?

And Ginny, we can't ever forget the ... dun dun DUNNNNN ... killer ribbons.

You will not beLIEVE what happened at the adoption center yesterday - details to come.
