I had to go pick up a couple of foster kittens today. And they need names!
Kitten One is outgoing and friendly, with gorgeous markings and pretty white paws:
Kitten Two is shy, but is trying to be friendly:
They are both girls. Because they are fresh off the boat, so to speak, I really don't have a handle on their personalities yet, but I really need to call them something besides "A" and "B".
Ladies and Gentlemen, name! those! kittens!

Kitten 1 looks just like a basket, especially the basket kitten 2 is in. Basket? Rubbermaid?
Isabelle and Harriet.
Sturm & Drang
You know, a couple weeks ago, a pregnant friend was asking for baby name suggestions. I'm having some deja vu. But I promise I didn't suggest any of these to her (except maybe Alice).

Great names, all! Speckle, Isabelle, Basket ... Basket?
You know, I actually kind of LIKE that one. It'd be like naming a cat "Ladder" or something.
and Kate, I'm sure this is showing my age, but when I think of "Alice", all that comes to mind is Alice the housekeeper from The Brady Bunch!
Laura, I LOVE Sturm and Drang, but I would NOT love trying to explain it to nine million adoption center visitors.
