Talk about truth in advertising .....

From a local listing:

"Yup! It's a trailer cleverly disguised as a house. Great yard space, potential for anything better than it currently is. Frozen water lines, not financeable due trailer and freeze damage."

Gotta love a listing agent with a sense of humor. I have to wonder how the seller feels about it, though.
