But if you get tired of doing that DVD but want to keep doing strength training, I recommend checking out the bands. They're just long, rubbery tubes with handle loops on the ends. If you want more resistance, you just choke up. I might have to get it. Does she offer any modifications for people using resistance bands instead of weights?
